We know that you will likely have a number of questions and concerns, and want to spend as much time as possible with the doctor discussing your Sacramento cosmetic or oral surgery, rather than filling out forms. •  The patient has the right to make decisions about the plan for their care before and during treatment.
•  The patient has the right to refuse a treatment which is recommended to them.
•  The patient has the right to their privacy, including discussions of their case, examinations, and treatments.
•  The patient has the right to expect that the records and communications about their case will be treated confidentially.
•  The patient has the right to look over and review records about their care and request that this information be explained to them, when necessary.
•  The patient has the right to expect that the office will respond to their request for appropriate and medically necessary care.
•  The patient has the right to have an advance directive concerning their treatment.
•  The patient has the right to request and receive timely information regarding the office's ability to implement an advance directive.
